1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") regulate the procedure for service provision, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Client and the Service Provider.
1.2. By using the Service Provider’s website and/or purchasing services, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
1.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms without prior notice. The new version of the Terms takes effect from the date of its publication on the website.
2. Service Description
2.1. The Service Provider offers services related to wellness, mindfulness development, and creative activities.
2.2. Service descriptions, prices, and other conditions are provided on the Service Provider’s website. The Service Provider reserves the right to change service prices and descriptions without prior notice.
3. Service Ordering Procedure
3.1. The Client may order services online by completing the order form or by contacting the Service Provider through the provided contact details.
3.2. An order is considered confirmed when the Service Provider approves it via email or phone.
3.3. The Client is responsible for providing accurate information. The Service Provider is not liable for any losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by the Client.
4. Payment
4.1. Service prices are listed in euros and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2. The Client can pay for services using the following methods:

Online banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas. Payments are available in euros and processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Bank transfer.

Payment card.

Cash payments at the studio.
4.3. Payment is considered completed when the full amount is credited to the Service Provider’s account.
5. Service Provision
5.1. Services are provided at the agreed time and in the agreed manner, as specified in the order.
5.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change service times if there are valid reasons. The Client will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
5.3. The Client must cooperate with the Service Provider by providing all necessary information and resources required for the provision of services.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. The Client has the right to cancel services within 14 days of placing an order, provided that the service has not yet begun.
6.2. If the service has already started, refunds will not be issued for the portion of the service already provided.
6.3. To cancel a service, the Client must inform the Service Provider in writing (via email or through the website).
7. Liability
7.1. The Service Provider is liable only for damages resulting directly from its actions or inaction.

Privacy Policy
8.1. The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy, which is published on the website.
8.2. Client data is used solely for service provision and is not shared with third parties without the Client’s consent unless required by law.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Service Provider’s registered location.
